Worst. Landing. Ever.

So Josh had his worst landing ever today. He flew into Washington Regan and was doing a great visual slam dunk into runway 1 when tower switched him over to a circle 33 clearance. Would have worked out great if he hadn't turned to wide and overshot the centerline. But he ran a big awkward s turn and slammed it on like no aircraft carrier has ever seen before. Bounced pretty badly and even the tower guys could tell how bad it was by the way they were guffawing when the gave the taxi instructions. Good thing it was a mostly empty LR2 with reinforced gear~ didn't even bottom out the shocks. But it was bad enough to make even an Awkward turtle feel smooth for a change. Ahh... sweetness, going to bed happy for a change.
